[Webcom] adding boundless as sponsor

Excellent - keep them coming!  I've added the logo for Boundless, and I'm
quite happy doing these updates.

Let me know if you do want full admin permissions (or if you think it's
worth creating a new role for other people who need to modify 'blocks' in
addition to the standard pages on this version of the site).
