mloskot - project developer access

Folks,

Mateusz Loskot is working on a script to upload content from the www.osgeo.org
cvs tree to Drupal.  To get access to cvs I have granted him the "Project
Developer" role.  This can be revoked when the transition is complete though
then it likely won't matter!
