Project Owner for www.osgeo.org project

Auke,

I'm not quite sure how the "www.osgeo.org" project works, but if it is
not already the case, Jason should be a project owner if that is what
it takes for him to provide SVN commit access to the project to team
members.  I tried visiting https://www.osgeo.org/servlets/ProjectMemberList
but apparently I don't have view permissions.

Does the www project work like others?  Or does it have a lot of special
properties?
