Jason,

Do you mean when was the copyright for the wiki changed?  By motion at
a recent board meeting.  It was felt to be important to bring the
wiki and web site into line under the same license otherwise moving
stuff back and forth is technically a license violation.  The CC
license was selected because it was simpler and more understandable.
