updated permissions

Hi Auke,
 
I have Co-Project Owner for the WebCom project, but not for the WWW project.  For WWW, I only have "Project Developer" and "Site News Administrator"

Jason,

Andrew granted you the "co-project owner" role which includes the
permission to delete folders and modules in the CVS repository.  In
other words, you should be all set.
