[Web Comm] Should we have a meeting soon?

I think he did :)

"Thursday evening should stand for this week though."

Let's get that meeting done. I'd suggest meeting during the day the
following week, biweekly after that until the site is more developed,
and eventually going to monthly meetings with exceptions as directed by
circumstance or the board.

I think the timeslot Cameron suggested gives us the largest range of
possible participants; My preference would be to stick with this
instead of alternating. I have regular meetings at work that conflict
with that time on Thursdays and Fridays, can we meet next week in this
time slot?

Thanks for the time clocks guys, that's awesome,

Any time is ok with me. The meeting should be no longer than an hour.

I suggest that from now on we book the meeting for the following week so
we can plan accordingly, and that we have meetings no more frequently
than once every two weeks... but of course we can discuss that on
Thursday.

As Frank mentioned, Daniel is our committee chair, I agree with Jody's
recommendation about the Chair setting the meeting time. Daniel, do you
mind being the final word on the time of the meetings?

thanks all,
fred
