The Japanese language version was placed on the site (the translator indicated  it was complete) and you'll see it by default if your browser language is set to "ja".  
 
I would like to post the other versions, but last I looked none of them had received final approval and the French version (one only one I kind-of understand) was unfinished so I didn't feel comfortable in posting any of them.
 
It would be useful if someone could look at the other versions and indicate whether they are ready to go.

language press release in the Wiki:

The Web Committee has already published the Englich language version, I
don't know whether the translations also moved to stable by now.
