Okay Story time ;-)

We got a couple people visiting our site:
- George - is an ESRI developer who has been told by his manager to 
check out what is going on
- Lui - came here to find a cheap way to evaluate open standards for 
their organization

And we got one developer:
- Sarah - is an undergrad looking to have her homework done

For a breakdown of what I want to tell them please read the wiki, and 
yes I *am* having trouble with Georege - I just don't know how to talk 
to him. I know what he does not want to hear.
