Formatting trouble in the Portal

Hi,
I extended the German language introduction page and added a few titles
and paragraphs linking back to the committees, membership guidelines, etc.
Sometimes it looks good in the internal preview, sometimes its just a
plain text. The HTML-view is always correct but for some reason after
saving it, it is rendered as a continuous text which looks rather bad.
Could someone please have a look at this?
