[WebCom] Web Site Translations

Folks,

It has been brought to my attention that the efforts at translation on

   http://community.osgeo.org/

did not make it to the official drupal instance at www.osgeo.org.

What do we need to do to get this in place?  Could somewhat explain
what is involved in maintaining translations?

If we can get the structure into place, I'd like to solicit translators
for a few languages.
