[intl-discuss] About to use this list for FOSS4G marketing

Hi,
Assuming there are no objections, I'd like to encourage people from 
local OSGeo chapters to join this list, and help advice the FOSS4G 
organising committee on how we should be structuring FOSS4G to make it 
attractive to regional communities.

We can also use this list as a way to give translators advance warning 
of upcoming FOSS4G announcements.

I hope to see some activity here soon.
