Hi Lucas,
it seems that your .htaccess file wasn't used by your Apache server. 
Maybe you get AllowOverride None somewhere in your apache config ?

If you can''t use the RewriteRules, you should be able to test your ZOO Kernel installation using this url : http://127.0.0.1/cgi-bin/zoo_loader.cgi?ServiceProvider=&metapath=&Service=WPS&Request=GetCapabilities&Version=1.0.0
