Christian,
even if it should work using the parameters I sent (at least with newer ZOO-Kernel version), I guess there is still something wrong in the ZOO-Kernel you are using. But there is probably some way to solve, I guess you may first try to define the application/json mimeType as the default one in the Union.zcfg file for the output Result.
