Hi Pablo,
referring to this ticket #99 ([1]), it seems your are not the first one to face this kind of issue.
The version.h file is not present in the SVN trunk as it should be produced once running make. Obviously, this imply that you have an up-to-date ZOO-Kernel from trunk to have this file generated.
I hope this help you to solve this issue if you did not already solved it.
