[Zoo-discuss] Compiling Zoo-kernel: fastcgi headers location

Hello,

Trying to compile the zoo-kernel, I always have encountered this issue 
(fatal error: fcgi_stdio.h: No such file or directory) on a Linux Ubuntu 
12.04 system.
What I usually do is a dirty hack, by creating hardlinks, or copying the 
missing headers. But is there any proper way to tell the compiler where 
fastfcgi headers are?
I did not find any other workaround, so I'm asking you.
