Hi Pablo,
you can have multiple instances of the ZOO-Kernel running on the same server.

If you want the two instance to share the same directory (so containing the same services), then you may simply rename the zoo_loader.cgi with another name and place it in the same directory.

If you want a different repository, by now, the only option is to place another ZOO-Kernel in another directory containing also the services allocated to this WPS instance.
