Hi Chingchai,

Are you able to connect to the postgresql database as user that
is running apache.

I remember that I had to Make sure "local   all    postgres trust" is 
set in pg_hba.conf
(if necessary edit pg_hba.conf with sudo vi 
/etc/postgresql/9.3/main/pg_hba.conf).

Not sure if that will solve the issue that you have reported.

However, the Ansible scripts that Gerald has developed would
make installation much easier, I think.
