HI all,

Here is my week report,

1. What did you get done this week?

A simple program has been made successfully by using geotools, that enables
to open a shapefile then create the centroid for this shapefile and create
a new one. This works perfectly as a java program. when we tried to invoke
any geotools function from the ZOO-Kernel then we can see on the desktop
the awt logo. Therefore some modification has been done internal to the
ZOO-Kernel to debug loading the JAVA from jars.

Basic vector operations have been implemented by using geotools similar to
the existing OGR service. Geotool 14.3 has been used for this. Now we are
having a basic demo Java services using Geotools providing similar services
as basic vector-operations as the one provided for ogr. The example project
has been published in the Github repository with the instruction for
setup.


2. What do you plan on doing next week?

Next week, we will start to build JGrasstools

3. Are you blocked on anything?
Nope
