Hi all,
I would like to share this information with the ZOO-Project community.

Indeed, I feel it is great to see the work that we made some years ago and shared with the community, to build both ZOO-Project and MapMint (which include MapServer/Python mapscript and also MapCache) to make them working on Microsoft® IIS server, used again nowadays.

I also think that it confirm something a bit less enthousiastic. We do a lot of work but we do not communicate and document enough about the work wee have done and we do. So this should be something we have to enhance in the very near futur.

So we should think of enhancing the documentation and try to give all the details of how easy it can be nowadays in ZOO-Project to implement new services. Indeed, there are a lot of enhancements that has been committed on the SVN but not yet documented. We are already taking advantages of this new capabilities from MapMint project but no documentation is associated with it.

To finish with a positive sentence, we should keep in mind what Wiston Churchill said « Success consists of going from failure to failure without loss of enthusiasm ». So we should stay enthusiastic finally :)

Best regards,

Gérald Fenoy

> This pull request adds an appveyor.yaml file to the project, and builds a Windows VS 2017 x64 .DLL and FastCGI exe. The required dependencies not in the GisInternals SDKs are also built from source (thanks to @gfenoy <https://github.com/gfenoy> / Zoo Project for build code).
