Hi Illia,
It's nice to hear that you are interested in the project.

I don’t understand why you want to use « multipart/form-data » with OGC API - Processes. I suppose it is for the execute request to POST to the Server Instance.

For execute requests, there is no multipart supported; you need to provide references of your inputs in the execute request.

It should work if you need a multipart/related response (see Table 11 from [1]), even if we never use it in practice.
