[ZOO-PSC] ZOO-PSC f2f in Barcelona

Hi Venka,

What about adding a what was called BOF session at Barcelona?
http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/FOSS4G_2010_Breakout_Sessions

There could be some of Zoo PSC members interested in more than one BOF and
might not be able to attend, but so far the Wiki page is very empty.
I don't think it must be a "closed" PSC meeting, instead others might be
interested to join Zoo-Project.
