[ZOO-PSC] Bad news from Soeren Gebbert

Hi Tribal Council,
I've the unfortunate role to let you know that today, I got a mail from Soeren Gebbert which decline the invitation of joining the ZOO-Project core developer team [1]. 

Unfortunately, he said getting no time to focus on ZOO Project as he works on lot of projects already. But let the doors open for joining later.
