[ZOO-PSC] FOSS4G2010 workshop abstract

Hello PSC,

Just a note that I just filled in my evaluations for accepting workshops 
into FOSS4G2010.  Each of the 8 judges submit scores, on 61 
workshop/tutorials...and even then the final say goes to the local 
committee.  It will be tough to be accepted.

One note for next year: if there is an option for a 'tutorial' for 2011, 
be sure to submit an abstract for both a workshop and a tutorial (you'll 
have a better chance of being accepted).  Myself I've been caught by 
this before (and many other applicants also).  And no there's nothing we 
can do about this now (this happens every year to many...and every year 
I tell the local committee to drop tutorials, and they are just a pain 
to manage)
