Hi ZOO Tribal Council,

Nice to see that all members have voted. I have
added sekiguchi-san's votes to the list below.

1) Monthly PSC meetings on Skype starting form March
     18th. I would like to propose meetings of
     1 hour duration every third Wednesday (UTC Time)
     at the following
     UTC time
