[ZOO-PSC] ZOO-Project Documentation process

Hi PSC,
it is a pleasure for me to publicly  announce that we get the quorum for a budget of 3000€ for the ZOO-Project documentation work.

First of all I would like to thank you for voting and to give us the capability to do such a huge task.

We will organize the work and will let you know really soon how we will proceed for such a task. Giving details on each steps, the technology used for storing / creating the documentation as what are the fixed deadlines for each step.

If any PSC member want to give his own experience / thoughts about this work please feel free to share them with us.
