[ZOO-PSC] presentation

Dear PSC,
I would like to inform you about a presentation that I held in Bonn (OGC 
thecnical meeting) on Thuersday thanks to an extended invitation from Maria.

The presentation, about WebMGS 2010 and ISPRS report, gives particular 
focus to istSOS, ZOO-WPS and EST-WA.

People seems interested and some promotion was given.
