I never received a response on this, darn.  Well I notice an Incubation
meeting is happening now on IRC in #osgeo and ZOO Project is 3rd on the
agenda (http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/IncCom_Meeting20): is someone
familiar with the issues able to pop onto IRC now?
