Update: Gerald and I popped our heads into the IRC meeting for the
ZOO-Project agenda item.  I brought up the spelling on osgeo.org and
Frank instantly gave me access: I updated the link and text:

Gerald can update you on the other issues.

Please, if anyone has any issues with the Incubation committee, simply
attend the IRC meetings and discuss with them directly.
