[ZOO-PSC] Google+ community?

Hi monkeys!

Today GeoServer (and then me for MapServer) both created new Google+
"communities" - another way for users/devs to communicate.  Maybe the
ZOO PSC should do the same.

I'm just noticing that things are changing in the way Open Source
communities are communicating.  We gotta adapt, is my thinking.

(reality is that I'm already stretched thin, but, we have no choice, we
are in the Open Source world)
