[ZOO-PSC] New Web Site review

For me 12th does not work as nicely as 16th Nov as I will
have 3 meetings (including the OSGeo Board) in a row
on 12 Nov.

It seems that a majority of the PSC members (except Maria) are OK
with 16th Nov. so I propose the meeting as per schedule
below;
