[ZOO-PSC] Website Jan 15th relaunch - zoo-project

Great news coming out of last weeks system admin meeting - the OSGeo
website is scheduled to go live Jan 15th.

- https://staging.www.osgeo.org
- https://staging.www.osgeo.org/projects/zoo-project/
- login with your OSGeo id <https://staging.www.osgeo.org/osgeo_userid> and
fill in your profile information, and list yourself as a contributor

Your page is amazing, I have been using it as an example to inspire other
projects. When editing "topic" is now nested to control exactly where the
project is listed in the choose-a-projec
