... just a few weeks late with this decision as we could have saved a few dollars with the early-bird discount.
Since this is at least the 2nd year already to use OSGeo project funds for attending the global FOSS4G or the Code Sprint, wouldn't it be a good idea to already plan the funds for that purpose?

Allocate the money still available from the ZOO-Project OSGeo budget for funding travel expenses for attending this year foss4g in Dar Es Salam.

By « travel expenses » I mean: flight ticket, registration fees and accommodation. The budget still available should be a bit less than 2000€.

During this year foss4g, there won’t be any ZOO-Project workshop unfortunately but, there will be one for MapMint, which is based on the ZOO-Project.

Also, there will be a presentation about the ZOO-Project and another one about MapMint.
