[ZOO-PSC] Please confirm your interest in ZOO-Project PSC

Hi Gérald and fellow PSC members,

I am committed to helping ZOO-Project as a PSC member, and I'm happy to 
see that you are waking us monkeys up, ha.  After the PSC renewal, I'd 
like to see the PSC plan for a 1.8.0 release, which I feel is very needed.
