[ZOO-PSC] OSGeo incubation: selection of project officer

Hi all: hope everyone is doing well.  FYI Gérald and I are working together
at the joint OGC/OSGeo/ASF sprint
on ZOO-Project incubation on completion of the project graduation checklist
[1] in order to submit for project graduation
to the OSGeo Incubation Committee.

As part of this process, the project requires an OSGeo project officer as a
primary contact (for addition to OSGeo projects
mailing list, reporting to the AGM, etc.).  Can the PSC nominate/vote on a
project officer?
