[ZOO-PSC] Vote to accept Fabrice Brito as member of the ZOO-PSC

Dear all,
I am here to request a vote on welcoming Fabrice Brito as a PSC member of the ZOO-Project.

With expertise in Geographical Sciences and Remote Sensing, Fabrice specializes in harnessing remote imagery for diverse environmental and application projects. My skill set extends to the application of cutting-edge technologies, including STAC (SpatioTemporal Asset Catalog), OGC API (Open Geospatial Consortium Application Programming Interface), Kubernetes, and a strong emphasis on ensuring reproducibility and interoperability.

As a key contributor to the Terradue Cloud Platform, Fabrice actively engages in exploratory activities, enriching the platform with innovative methods for Earth Observation (EO) data processing and exploitation. My leadership extends to establishing a dedicated application integration environment in the Cloud, deploying EO data pipelines for systematic processing.

Fabrice Brito contributes to the development of a Kubernetes execution engine for the ZOO-Project and actively participates in the joint efforts for implementing the deployment of Earth Observation application packages using the Common Workflow Language as OGC API Process processing services in ZOO-Project.

I am convinced that his contributions will be a great asset to the PSC.
