[ZOO-PSC] Welcome Blasco Brauzzi as a new developper

Dear ZOO-Project PSC,
I would like to request you to vote for welcoming Blasco Brauzzi [1] as an official ZOO-Project developper.

Blasco is actively participating in the project for years and has implemented the OGC API - Processes - Part 2: Deploy, Replace, Undeploy support (DRU), including the CWL conformance class. He has submitted the code as a PR [2] that has been applied to the main branch few weeks ago. The official ZOO-Project documentation for the DRU support comes directly from wiki pages he created in the past [3].

Also, Blasco also contribute to the helm-chart currently dedicated to deploy the ZOO-Project with DRU support [4].

I start my first +1 to this motion.
