Hello Matlala,

I lead a team of creative guys here in Nigeria to build and implement GIS
systems for Government Agencies as well as Private coys. We have the
boldest and biggest Open Source implementation in Ogun State, Nigeria,
where the entire operations of the Survey Department, Finance & Admin, Land
Services etc were automated/based on OSS. Gavin of Kartoza is our technical
partner and can provide you as much details as you require(some permission
may be required). The success of this project has propelled the acceptance
and adoption in other government projects too.

Warm regards,

Tobi SOWOLE
