User Satisfaction Survey 2023 launched
                                                      






The User Satisfaction Survey (USS) 2023 launched this week on the Stats
SA website and will run until Friday 3 March 2023. The purpose of the
USS is to collect feedback annually from stakeholders (mostly data
users) on their satisfaction in using Stats SA data and their opinion on
the performance of the organisation. The USS results help Stats SA
improve the stakeholder engagement experience in order to optimally meet
their data needs.

We invite you to raise awareness of this opinion survey with your
respective stakeholders to boost their participation using the following
link: http://uss.statssa.gov.za/primary/WebInterview/MCUZ4B5A/Start .

Please note the USS 2023 link is only accessible to users outside of the
Stats SA network or VPN environment.
