[Aust-NZ] arramagong version 3.0rc1 getting built

I've started building arramagong 3.0rc1. It should be finished download 
within 24 hours.

Of note,
I've also set up an external Virtual Machine, available via at:
https://camilla.ardec.com.au:8333
Username: lisasoft
Password: "Ask Cameron, Alex, or Hamish"

Once this has finished downloading, it will be much easier for 
developers to check to see if the LiveDVD is working.
