We can discuss this tonight on our meeting.

I'm pro giving the list of names + affiliation to all sponsors. Potentially
even to all participants. If we indicate this during registration I don't
see a problem.People can always choose a fake name if they prefer not to be
on the list. If we don't give the emailadresses this will not lead to mass
spam mails.
