[Belgium] Creation of the osgeo.be logo

[Maelle Vercauteren]

Hello,
You can find 3 pages with different logos for OSGeo.be (asbl/vzw) created
by Quentin! :-)

Personally, my favorite one is the 4th one on the first page : Belgian
fries with the white package
and my second choice would be the last Manneken-pis on the third page :-D
