[Belgium] Request for promotional budget : A table at Begeo (500 €)

Moritz,
For the special OSGeo track we received 8 presentations for 10 slots.
I am *still looking* for a volunteer who want to present something
about QGis: explain and show how you can use it, where you can find it,
and a simple use case to do a small analysis.
A sort of appetite to start with the software ...
During the last meeting there was a suggestion to use (the last) 2 slots
for a round table. The subject I propose there is: 'the economics of
open source solutions'

I called Johan yesterday, as we have to decide the final program. It
should be put online this week. Once decided we can send a mail to all
the selected speakers with a request for extra information:
- confirmation of the final title;
- a foto;
- a short descritpion of the presentation (max. 5 lijnen);
- organisation;
- one or more links to the theme of the presentation;
- a link to the LinkedIn account of the speaker or a short bio.
- twitter-account;
- target audience;
- Language of the presentation (FR/NL)
