[Benchmarking] OS's, Java VM's, Web servers, etc for WMS Shootout

All,

We should start building the list of OS¹s, Java VM¹s, Web Servers, formats,
etc that we are going to test for the WMS Shootout. With the greater number
of participants this year (Yea!) we won¹t have fully complete comparisions
so will have to build the matrix of what each WMS supports and what each WMS
considers their ³best² and see how we can make the comparisons.
