[Board] In-kind sponsorships

Hi all, I actually pretty much agree with Tyler on this point. I can  
see in kind contributions get reckognition of some sort for sponsors  
that also do contribute financially, like some of the Apache sponsors  
do, but those also cover contributions like hardware etc. Pure and  
only in kind sponsorship could quickly result in a long list of  
sponsors and vague criteria to select them.
