Board,

Lorenzo and the 2010 committee are planning on opening registrations 
next week, yet I don't think we have approved their budget.  Am I 
correct that we should halt opening registrations until we approve the 
budget?

I will attempt to summarize the various Board comments on the budget in 
an additional email.
