[Board] Attending the board meeting on 08-09-12

Hi Folks,


My name is Chris Mattmann. I'm a member of the Apache Software Foundation
(ASF),

and a PPMC member on the Apache SIS incubator podling. Jody Garnett
suggested

that it might be a good idea for me to attend the board meeting via IRC on
08-09-12

to potentially be able to answer ASF questions on the call.


I'm not sure if board meetings for OSGeo are open to guests, but I've went
ahead

and subscribed to board@ and am willing and able to attend if I am able to.
