Thanks Jachym, it was a super productive meeting, and meeting face to
face as a Board is very helpful to tackle the items. (We definitely put
the space to good use, as the meeting went from 08:00 to around 16:00,
including all of the related meetings). We might even consider
following up with another face-to-face Board meeting (call it a 'Board
sprint' if you wish) at some point soon. It could be in an
"CET-timezone-friendly" location, as most of our Board members live in
that zone.

Thanks for taking the minutes. My motions follow.

Thanks again for everyone taking their time on a Saturday, remotely or
locally, to give your thoughts to help our strong community.

Hoping to see you all again soon.

Yours always,

-jeff

I'm excited to continue growing our worldwide community. If anything is
clear from this event, we have a very unique community that is
attracting attention from all over the globe. We are doing something
right then! :)

+1 thanks Jachym!

I don't think this is a motion, correct?

But I do support keeping our mission statement as-is, and highlighting
the goals of our key aspects to our community (education, sprints,
FOSS4G,...).

+1 (it would be nice if the motion text did include the word "MOTION:"

+1 Thanks Mike! I know he will be an excellent treasurer. And thanks
for Daniel for donating so much of his time in this role!
