[California] Annual Meeting in November

I am enquiring about SF locations for our annual meeting. I can
certainly help with that if we agree on a 2017 date. I'm still
available for a November meeting, and Davis sounds like a great option
to me. I just wouldn't be able to assist with an SF location in that
time.

As a chapter, are we required to have the meeting in 2016 vs 2017?

Also, I do support work for the BayGeo board, so I can easily setup
intros, etc for broadening the audience. This goes to Michele's
question about what we want to accomplish. Having a 20-person meeting
with talks is very much different than having a 60-120 person meetup.
Both have their place, but understanding our intent will help answer
other questions.
