Dear All

Apologies for the delay in my response. Technical glitches, a Boss and a Client required urgent attention.

Welcome Jeff to the Workshop Committee

To respond to Dave:
The Workshop Committee currently consists of:
Burnie Nawn (Coordinator)
Gavin Flemming
Graeme McFerren
Dave Patton
Jeoff McKenna

The roles and responsibilities is open for discussion. Since my involvement with FOSS4G only really kicked of this year I would like to rely on experience from previous FOSS4G campaigns to make this a successful one. I therefore firmly believe the roles and responsibilities are fluid currently and will be more defined towards the actual conference itself where tasks will demand responsibilities and people taking ownership of these.

Could we also circulate the 2007 submission template (and if possible with comments include) so we can fast track the delivery of this years. I had one designed on my memory stick, which was subsequently stolen (see technical glitches above). So I have started re-designing one, but it will go much faster if there is a template we can amend rather then re-create.

Can we please have the template circulated and open for suggestions and comments until:
http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/fixedtime.html?month=3&day=27&year=2008&hour=16&min=0&sec=0&p1=269

This will allow us to be able to post it by the latest:
http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/fixedtime.html?month=3&day=28&year=2008&hour=9&min=0&sec=0&p1=269

Please feel free to contact me if there are any queries.

Kind regards,Burnie Nawn 0837785352
