[Workshops] Templates for Workshop Submissions

Has a template been developed for use by Instructors
who want to submit a proposal for FOSS4G2008 Workshops
or Labs?

I have a copy of the 'blank' template for 2007, in
Word format. The OpenOffice.org format version, and
any related webpage info about how to fill out the
templates is on a no-longer-available version of
this page:
http://www.foss4g2007.org/workshops/
so if it's needed, someone should ask Paul for a copy,
unless that stuff is something that Jeff has "in the
OSGeo archives".

I've attached the Word document, in case people need
to take a look to see what was done last year. Make
sure to look at it in "Print View".

There are changes that need to be made to the content
of the template used for 2007.
